To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbowave's aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
